The intensity of the dialogue between the partners depend mainly on
the interest that they have for each other and their desire to always share new aspect of life.
Dialogue also requires from each of them a certain amount of creativity in finding new topics where they can share their experience and ideas.
The subjects which can be chosen are innumerable, ranging from politics, religion and art, to all the fact of every day life.
In order to find convenient subject for dialogue, it is important that one has an interest in observing and reflecting.
Dialogue is more successful if the partners have similar interest and taste or able to achieve it through a common effort. It is also the result of reserving a proper time for it and creating an atmosphere, which allows the partners to be relaxed and peaceful. This can be achieved If they appreciate each other's opinion.

We must agree that a career woman deprive her husband and children much of the time which she should have otherwise devoted to them. But it is also true that she can gain in-depth knowledge of what she losses in time, bringing into her relationship with them more ideas and experiences.
Practically, a woman can take up a job outside the family and still keep her home. First of all, the motives should be sincere and valid and not a cover to hide a desire to escape family duties and responsibilities.
Moreover, the decision should be taken by the partners after weighing accurately the motives for such a step and the need of the family. In fact, both partners will together face the problems involved. Finally, the job should not be too hectic or frustrating. Preference should be given to part time jobs in a social or educational field, which are more gender sensitive and leaves enough time to look after the family.

The problems arising from the relationship with the in-laws will be easily solve only if the partners give priority to their own relationship as a couple, supporting each other and adopting a common course of action.
