A young woman was serving a life sentence in prison. Angry and resentful about her situation, She had decided that she would rather die to live another year in prison. Over the years she had become good friends with one of the prison caretaker. His job among others was to bury the dead prisoners in the grave yard outside the prison walls. When a prisoner died, the care taker rang a bell which was heard by everyone.   The caretaker then got the body and put it in a casket. Next, he entered his office to fill out the death certificate before returning to the casket to nail the lid shut. Finally, he would put the casket on a wagon to take it to the graveyard and burry it alone. Knowing this routine, the woman devised an escape plan and shared it with the caretaker. The next time the bell rung, the woman would leave her cell and sneak into the dark room where the coffins were kept.  She would sleep into the coffin with the dead body while the caretaker was filling out the death

According to The Sun, biologists came across the Atretochoana eiselti, which they've dubbed the 'floppy snake' while examining a hydroelectric dam on a river in the Amazon. The creature, which resembles a male manhood, is eyeless and from a family of 'blind snake' closely related to the salamander. Six of the snakes were found living at the bottom of the Madeira River in the northern state of Rondonia in Brazil. Julian Tupan, a biologist for the Santo Antonio Energy company which is building the dam, told Brazil's Estadao website: 'Of the six we collected, one died, three were released back into the wild and another two were kept for studies.
