China is not satisfied with her Olympic performances after winning 81 medals as at today,
(almost 100 medals this time 4 yrs ago) they plan to overhaul their Olympic organization for better performance in subsequent Olympics.
 
Meanwhile as at today Nigeria is yet to win a single medal with a contingent of 200 officials and 53 athletes and a budget of $5.3m USD
(N850m) for a 3week outing. They should all be arrested on arrival
