Have you "ICE-d" your phone?

Now before you get all puzzled, I don't really mean ice but rather ICE (In Case of Emergency) this is a method that can get you out of the most needful situations like an accident. In any emergency where you may not be able to talk, care units or concerned individuals coming to your aid may need to call somebody and an iced phone help tells them exactly who to call to get any urgent information like your name, address, blood group etc. 



HOW DO I ICE MY PHONE?
Its as easy as saving a contact on your mobile phone.
Step 1: type the number of the selected emergency contact. Its can be your spouse, relative or even your best friend, anyone who have the necessary information about you.

Step 2: save the number with ICE then the name of the individual. e.g. ICE Joseph

Step 3: Inform the person that he/she is your emergency contact.

That's it, you are good to go. ICE your phone today and ask your friends if they have ICE-d their phone.
