I believe the above quote is really clear and direct: "Don't wish for more than you willing to work for" In clearer terms, If you are not willing to work for riches then don't  wish to be rich.

If you want to be a star musician, then you have to be willing to work on your voice, get studio time and build on connections. If you are sick and you want to get better, then you have to take your medications.

If you want something out of life, then be prepared to work for it. Then fact is, you cannot climb the ladder of success without using your hands.
