THE ESSENCE OF TIME:

"THE SECRET OF TIME: The real secret of how to use time is to park it as you would your baggage, filling up the small spaces with little things."

I learnt this secret rather recently and since I started applying it I found myself to be more productive than usual. Time is something too valuable to lose and we should be able to account for every second/minute.

There is another saying that reflects this- "Lose an hour in the morning and you'll be looking for it the rest of the day." You see contrary to general opinion always used, time flies-YES-but time only flies carelessly if you navigate it carelessly.

There is something I often do and it really helps, you could try it. Every morning build your itinerary for the day (to do list with fix schedule). This is even better if you can do it the night before.

You find you will get more things done than usual, and you can account for every hour; even the one for lunch. Smile***
